How old and at what maturity level does one have to be to remain at home without someone over the age of 18 being present? Anyone???
Texas doesn't have a clear age limit in place for leaving kids alone. See link.https://www.dfps.state.tx.us/Child_Protection/About_Child_Protective_Services/faqchildalone.aspYou have to consider maturity level and surroundings.
The story was as clear as mud. A 14 year old child, depending on the time of year born, should be between an 8th grader and a freshmen in high school. Unless otherwised challenged, how is it illegal for the 14 YOA kid to "baby sit" younger siblings? Just a question?
I don't need a concealed handgun (Ad)license because I got a drone flying over me!
That was way to many kids being left alone. A mature 14 year old can maybe watch one or two but a total of 5 including a 10 month old, hell no. Accident waiting to happen.
Did they say what gender of the 14 year-old was? Or whoever was hiding in the closet with the neighbor's 11 year old daughter?Changing the subject slightly, these maquinta owners should open one up next to a daycare. ijs.
Someone with the resources could make a monetary killing with that idea.
People just need to stop breeding...Time to pass out the B.C. like it was candy.
