Mayor Cook comes off as thoughtful, and organic. Our mayor not so much. Canned (answers) is the word that comes to mind in listening to Mayor Salinas.

UPDATE: Almost forgot about a picture I took the other day. It's of a policeman talking to a person who seems like a female panhandler on the corner of Lafayette and Santa Ursula. Don't know if the city is getting tough on people asking for cash on street corners.

Probably the schools and constables forcing the city to get tough on panhandlers, as it cuts into " their" panhandling businesses. Too much competition.
The clue that the mayor is going to do a bad interview is that he starts by saying that he's a former FBI agent.
Actually, it starts the moment he opens his "cock holster".!.. Most retirees who can afford and want to see the world wait and save. This "ass clown" has seen the world on the backs of local tax payers. What has the city received in return???
