LPD says man exposed himself

Police say a man had his pants down Wednesday night, exposing himself to women at the track at Ryan Elementary School.Rene Alberto Canalez, 34, was arrested on charges of indecent exposure and evading arrest using a motor vehicle. The man was booked and transported to Webb County Jail.
According to reports, Canalez was stalking women walking at the track at Ryan Elementary.

You missed the best part - cops chased him, he stopped car and fled on foot through several yards jumping fences, etc. until cops finally nabbed him.
When they searched his car they found a bag of women's underwear - so now cops are trying to see if he could be related to any unsolved rape/assault cases.
