New Media In Politics

San Antonio's mayor held the first-ever virtual town hall meeting. The public was able to send in questions via e-mail. Nice.

Most politicians are also setting up Facebook pages, posting on YouTube, going on Twitter.....

But not here. No, we don't have the luxury of harassing our politicos from the comfort of our own nest. We have to do it the old fashioned way (see picture).

It's not me, or any of my contributors; I can assure you of that. Or can I?

Remind me not to run for office.

I have seen one of Tano's signs defaced with spray paint, but not with the "T" taken out.

I haven't seen it around town, but have been told that there's a photoshopped pic with the "T" taken out that is circulating around cyberspace.

I'm too lazy to go street tagging, but that graffiti does speak for my local political views. On another note, Tano's posters remind me of The Godfather.
