___this is the guy who signs-off his weekly messages with a "Si Se Puede", so i guess that makes him an expert on Bilingual Education, something Vidal, Veronica, Paul Cruz, Sylvia Bruni, Amesquita, and Graciela could not figure out . . .

"...so I guess that makes him an expert on Bilingual Education..." No, that makes him an expert in identifying and correcting problems at under peforming schools, which is, " something Vidal, Veronica, Paul Cruz, Sylvia Bruni, Amesquita, and Graciela could not figure out"

You are one or two failing years from having the state come in and take over your schools. I would reserve the sarcasm until he is otherwise proven incorrect.

I don't see the state coming in to take over our schools. They would've done it already.

Excellent, DB.

and I agree, give Marcus the chance. We already ran off the 2 good supers we had in Cruz and Bruni. It'll be years before the destruction done by Guerra is repaired.
But, the Board has been behaving a little better - but I do agree, just because they haven't done so yet doesn't mean the state won't come in.

Wilmer-Hutchins ISD didnt see it either.

They haven't done it because you don't complain enough.

Can UISD residents complain?

I seriously considered moving to LISD to run for a board seat, but had a difficult time deciding how voters would feel about someone that enjoys drinking, gambling and the occasional lap dance.
